Marblehead Embracing Inspired Cuisine of New Vietnamese Eatery After First Year

The dishes at new Vietnamese Restaurant Soall Bistro have been a hit with Marblehead customers.

The Marblehead Vietnamese Restaurant Soall Bistro opened in March of 2012 and, since, the community has responded well to the menu that celebrates the genuine Vietnamese cooking of the two owners' mothers, according to an article on Boston.com.

Soall Bistro owners Mia Lunt and Sa Nguyen opened the restaurant with the idea of sharing the Vietnamese food of their youth with Marblehead-area customers.

And the "simplified" but eclectic dishes offered at the new eatery have been a hit with local customers, revealing the real demand for the ethnic cuisine in Marblehead.
