The women's clothing and accessories store has sold its wares at 50 Atlantic Ave. for close to 30 years.
But Irresistibles will soon skip across and down the street to 39 Atlantic Ave. Perhaps as soon as next week, store manager Sarah Mead said on Tuesday.
Sarah, who has served customers at Irresistibles for some 20 years, looks forward to the move.
The new location offers no more space, she said. It's just the new setting that has the manager looking forward.
Racks hung with dresses and shelves stocked with handbags will stand where furniture, rugs and tables once lined the floor at the corner of Barnard Street.
What was Comina's furnishings will be Irrestibles in a commercial district undergoing change.
Kitty-corner from 39 Atlantic is now an empty lot, the former site of the recently demolished Fruit of the Four Seasons building.
