Accessories By Blass Reopens After Car Accident

Longtime Marblehead business Accessories By Blass recently reopened after a truck crashed into the store earlier this month.

On May 6 a truck crashed into the front of a Accessories by Blass in Marblehead, but luckily, the store was closed and nobody was injured in the wreck.

However, the store still had a lot of work to do in order to get back in business.

"The store sustained quite a bit of damage in the front when a vehicle destroyed most of the front windows," said Rob Levy, co-owner of Accessories by Blass.

"The store was cleaned up and new windows, rugs, ceiling and front door was installed."

And, better yet, they acquired new decor and inventory for the store.

"The new decor and items have invigorated the store, which looks incredible, and the summer items have now arrived," said Levy. "It's quite exciting because the store has been a mainstay of the downtown Marblehead area for 22 years ever since Elaine Blass opened its doors."

Accessorie by Blass finally reopened on May 11 and they are offering a 10 percent discount on all non-sale items.

"The owners are so excited to continue their long tradition of offering unique jewelry, handbags and gifts to Marblehead's diverse and faithful patrons."
