It’s time to rake up those leaves left over from the fall because the date has been set for the town to pick them up and it’s only happening for one week.
Marblehead’s spring curbside leaf collection will take place the week of May 5 on your regular trash and recycling days.
Here are some tips for bagging up your leaves for recycling:

- No plastic bags will be collected or emptied
- Leaves should be in paper bags or barrels only
- This is a leaves-only collection. Bags or barrels containing brush or other material will not be collected
- There is no limit to the number of bags or barrels put out for collection.
