New Building Taking Shape on Atlantic Avenue
A new commercial building is coming together on Atlantic Avenue in Marblehead.
Marblehead's newest commercial building has taken shape over the last few days on Atlantic Avenue.
In 2012, 34 Atlantic Avenue LLC received permission to tear down the former Fruit of the Four Seasons market and build a new 2,000-square-foot commercial space in its place.
The new building will have two separate storefronts facing Atlantic Avenue and the latest plans call for the creation of several new parking spaces along Barnard Street.
