Hercules In Marblehead

Hercules is here. Small flakes slanting to the ground. An occasional gust stirs little clouds of wind-blown snow.

At 1 pm harbor waters splashed over a small section of the causeway on the Neck end.

Plow operators were scraping Atlantic Avenue and Pleasant Street among other Marblehead roadways.

They were clearing the roads and parking lot at the high school, too.

Overall, motorists appeared to be traveling without too much difficulty though the conditions will no doubt deteriorate as the storm continues.

Trash collectors were hauling away and utility trucks were out and about along Humphrey.

Also near Humphrey, earlier, about 12 :30 pm, a blue light flashed and siren called as police and fire personnel responded to a call .

Some dads were out with their kids sliding at Gatchell's.
