Y Nutrition Workshops - Boost Your Immune System by Eating Healthy
The winter and flu season are fast approaching. Did you know that eating a diet high in vitamins and minerals and low in sugars and unhealthy fats may actually help boost your immune system and help you fight infection? Come to this workshop to learn about these key nutrients as well as the common fruits, vegetables, and other food sources of them. Tips on easy ways to incorporate these into healthy mealtime choices will also be provided.
