police been extorting money getting payoffs for years in this town

force to pay money to police its been going on for years They do all kinds of things to me break my leg in two place put me in prison for crime that didn't happen if I don't pay after a while they arrest me for crimes that didn't happen and their been court person getting it to  sending $60.00 more to day
