Girl Scouts of Eastern Mass

The Girl Scouts of Eastern Mass in N. Andover have several volunteer positions available: SERVICE UNIT MANAGER (Guides and directs Service Team members and troop/group volunteers to ensure quality Girl Scouting-3 year term.  ASSISTANT/CO-SERVICE UNIT MANAGER positions vary by Service Unit-1 to 3 year term.  SECRETARY handles service unit/team correspondence.  Takes Service Team/Unit meeting minutes and sends notices of monthly Service Unit and Service Team meetings-1 year term.   RECRUITER recruits leaders/volunteers and distributes Volunteer Application packets to new volunteers.  Works with parents/guardians to determine best placement of girls and maintains troop/group waiting lists and establishes new troops/groups as needed-1 year term.   TROOP/GROUP COACH provides encouragement, support, and ideas to troop/group volunteers-1 year term.  SERVICE UNIT COOKIE MANAGER manages the Cookie Program within the Service Unit-1 year term.  SERVICE UNIT FALL PRODUCT MANAGER manages the Fall Product Program within the Service Unit-1 year term.   For further information on any of these positions, please contact Rosa Maldonado at rmaldonado@girlscoutseasternmass.org/978-701-6340
