DESCRIPTION:The Pleon Yacht Club will host an information session for fam
 ilies interested in its summer sailing programs on Tuesday\, January 29t
 h\, 7:00PM at the Gerry 5\, 210 Beacon Street\, Marblehead.&nbsp\;&nbsp\
 ;\nPleon&rsquo\;s summer programs are open to all children who have comp
 leted third grade or higher.&nbsp\; The club also offers a two-week Intr
 o-To-Pleon session for eight year olds at the end of the summer as a low
 -key way to introduce potential new Pleon members to the club and its of
 ferings.&nbsp\; No previous sailing experience or affiliation with other
  clubs is required.&nbsp\; There will be a variety of four- and eight-we
 ek programs\, including learn-to-sail\, racing\, and Sonar sailing optio
 ns.&nbsp\;\nDuring the information session on January 29th\, Pleon Progr
 am director Erin Pierce will give a short presentation on the programs f
 ollowed by a question-and&ndash\;answer session. Program Committee membe
 rs\, other club officers\, current sailors and junior instructors will a
 lso be on hand to answer questions.
