The North Shore Women’s Rugby (NSWR) club is holding its Third Annual Silent Auction on February 2nd, 2013 at 6 p.m. at O’Neill’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, 120 Washington St, Salem, MA. Items up for auction include gift cards to popular local restaurants and retailers, packs of gym classes, training sessions, rugby and workout gear, and gift baskets. Items for auction cover a wide range of interests, and come largely from businesses on the North Shore, down to Boston. This year’s auction promises to be NSWR’s biggest yet!

The Silent Auction is the team’s biggest fundraiser, enabling the team to buy jerseys and gear, host other teams for games and tournaments in Lynn, and train in the off season. All proceeds raised will go to support North Shore Women’s Rugby.

North Shore Women’s Rugby (NSWR) club is a not-for-profit rugby team that hails from Lynn, MA. Started in 2004, the lady Monsoons have traveled all over New England and New York State to play rugby, as well as hosting teams on the home pitch. NSWR aims to teach rugby to women of all levels, from beginner to experienced player, increasing skill and fitness level through hard work, dedication, and camaraderie between players.
