 n scenic Cape Ann in Wenham was built in 1910 by Arthur D. Little\, the 
 famous entrepreneur who discovered acetate and went on to build a multi-
 national corporation. Later\, John and Augusta Nightingale owned this hi
 storic residence\, which is complete with horse barns\, fountains\, pool
 s and gazebos\, and abuts Audubon land. Augusta is a direct descendant o
 f Thomas Jefferson. President and Nancy Reagan once stayed at this resid
 ence\, as well as astronauts and other celebrities. The home features gr
 and reception halls\, staircases\, a hand-painted Zuber wall covering de
 picting the complete 1849 El Dorado scene. Magnificent\, well-appointed 
 rooms and grounds make this an exceptional estate.\nThe sale features th
 e contents of the main residence and other buildings filled with fine fu
