A big thank you to David Nagel, who was kind enough to send along this photograph of a local hawk being pestered by a mockingbird during his lunch break. Nagel said he took the photo near the lacrosse fields on Green Street. His guess was that the hawk was trying to eat his lunch a little too close to the mockinbird's nest. Marblehead Patch reader Samantha Rosato snapped this photograph at Riverhead Beach during a Fire Department training exercise earlier this month.
