The New Year has arrived and with that people declare their New Year's resolutions. The ones we hear the most are about losing weight and exercising more. The gyms are packed once again and I find it hard not to see yet another story somewhere about how to lose weight this month. Despite everyone's best intentions, most people will get discouraged after a month or so because they haven't truly made the changes necessary or they aren't seeing the results they are looking for. Fast forward 6 months or so and now we are focusing on losing the weight or inches before the bathing suits come out. …
