The results are in and Swampscott's Olympia Sports was named the best area sporting goods store, according to this week's Best of Patch post.
Olympia Sports, located at Vinnin Square, received 62 percent of the vote in this week's non-scientific poll, edging out Marblehead Sports Shop, which received 34 percent of the votes.
