Winner - Marblehead's Best Hair Salon
Studio V Hair and Spa is this week's Best of Patch Readers' Choice winner and has been named the best hair salon in Marblehead.
The results are in and Studio V Hair and Spa was named the best salon in Marblehead, according to this week's Best of Patch Readers' Choice Contest.
Studio V Hair and Spa received 16 percent of the vote, and although Bliss Salon and Passionate Hair by Kelly finished first and second in our non-scientific poll, we were swayed by the outpouring of support from Studio V customers.
Throughout the week we were sent more than a dozen emails from Studio V regulars who raved about the quality of the cuts they provide. We also had 11 comments on our Best of Patch Readers' Choice post that said Studio V was the best.

Miranda Sweeney: "The only place I would ever go to get a fabulous haircut is at studio v with Fulvio! He is the best my hair always looks phenomenal! STUDIO V ALL THE WAY!"
Melissa Fucci: "Studio V has the friendliest staff, the trendiest atmosphere, and the most talented stylists! They are the best!!"
Allan Segall: "Studio V is great! The atmophere is relaxing and the staff is so friendly. Not to mention that the haircut I get is always first class. I can't say enough about Studio V!"

Tony's got the best shop in town, no question.
Fulvio's been cutting my hair since the Indians owned Marblehead and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere other than Studio V.
I'm afraid to take a long vacation because I'd have to bring Fulvio with me.
Just go to Studio V and relax.

Congrats Studio V, you deserve it!!
Fulvio always cuts & colors my hair perfectly. He even does perms & sets for my elderly mother. It's hard to find hair stylists who still do that.
And all the staff are friendly & accommodating. If you haven't tried Studio V you're missing out.

Tony is a rare find, his skills are on par with the best European stylists. My entire family goes to Tony because he knows how to cut hair. Very reasonably priced too. 5 star

Hi Charles: Unfortunately we haven't added scientific polling to our sites yet, which means the results from the weekly Best of Patch Readers' Choice Contest can sometimes be skewed. So we consider comments, emails, reviews and the poll when picking a winner.

Hi, I do not agree that Studio V is so wonderful!! The experiences I have had with the owner, Tony, has been very rude and had to leave for another salon in town.

Tony is has never been rude to me. You can trust him with your hair .
Also he has made an important contribution to the Spring St neighborhood. He has renovated two buildings and maintains them beautifully, although he from a neighboring town.
