Warwick Place Facade Taking Shape
In case you haven't noticed, the facade at Warwick Place has been coming together over the last few weeks.
Over the last two weeks, workers have installed the windows along the Pleasant Street side of the 38,000-square-foot office and retail building and have wrapped up the majority of the brick-work.
Over the next few months, a refurbished Warwick Theater marquee and a large segment of light blue reflective window paneling are expected to be installed.
A request for an outdoor dining area adjacent to the high-end restaurant expected to open on the first floor of Warwick Place sometime next year was unanimously approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals last month.
The outdoor seating area for 32 will be located in the building's rear courtyard.
Warwick Place is expected to open in early 2013 and will likely be home to a combination movie theater and restaurant, mini-theater for business conferences, a cafe selling breakfast and dessert, a retail establishment and small offices.
