Now that the sale pending sign has been taken off of the former home of the Fruit of the Four Seasons, we have to ask - what would you like to see move in?

According to Coldwell Banker agent Chesley Perkins, the building was sold to an investing group earlier this month.

The group, he said, is planning a complete overhaul of the building's interior.

"They're going to be rehabbing everything on the inside," Perkins said. "The plan is to redesign the inside of the building to make it more upscale."
