Terry's Owner to Make Grown Ups 2 Appearance
Terry's Ice Cream Shop's signature ice cream truck was featured in a Grown Ups 2 scene last week.
When Columbia Pictures approached owner Carlos Rocha about using his ice cream truck for the Adam Sandler movie Grown Ups 2, he jumped at the chance.
"I knew it was the kind of thing that will only happen once in a lifetime," Rocha said Saturday afternoon. "I was very excited."
It wasn't long after giving filmmakers permission to use the truck that Rocha learned he would be handing out ice cream cones while cameras were rolling.

The truck was used in a scene that was shot in front of the on Monday, featuring Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James and others.
Though he won't have any lines in the movie - Rocha said he will always remember serving ice cream to some of the biggest names in Hollywood.

"I can't wait to see it in the movie," he said.
