Report of Truck on Gerry Island

The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Department's log:
Friday, June 15:
- At 7:52 a.m., police received word from the Swampscott Police Department that an erratic operator in a blue 2006 Toyota Highlander was heading into town on Tedesco Street.
- At 9:01 a.m., police responded to a 911 hang-up on Village Street.
- At 9:33 a.m., a motorist was ticketed on Pleasant Street.
- At 9:46 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Atlantic Avenue.
- At 10:21 a.m., a man entered the police station to request that an officer accompany him while he retrieved his car from a local mechanic. The car was retrieved without incident.
- At 10:40 a.m., a local resident entered the police station with a driver's license found near the intersection of Orne and Pond streets.
- At 11:12 a.m., firefighters extinguished a smoking receptacle on Front Street.
- At 11:49 a.m., an officer transported an elderly female to Village Plaza after noticing that she was "in the street flagging down cars." Police also reportedly transported the woman home.
- At 12:03 p.m., a Sparkhawk Terrace woman called police to complain about annoying phone calls.
- At 1:41 p.m., a Beverly Avenue resident called police to report losing her wallet and keys at Red Rock Park.
- At 2:55 p.m., a local man entered the police station to report losing a cell phone and a set of car keys "about three weeks ago."
- At 4:26 p.m., a woman called police to report that her car was side-swiped while parked outside of Village School and there was no note.
- At 4:29 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Middle Street.
- At 5:03 p.m., a set of Mitsubishi car keys were turned over to police.
- At 5:17 p.m., a woman entered the police station with a set of found ice skates.
- At 7:09 p.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Elm and Creesy streets involving a 1998 Honda Civic and a 1994 Ford Escort.
- At 7:20 p.m., a woman entered the police station with a checkbook she found near the intersection of Pleasant and Smith streets.
- At 7:55 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Richard Road.
- At 7:57 p.m., a resident on Wyman Road called police to report "a suspicious male looking at children in the park." The man was later spoken to by police and left the area.
- At 10:17 p.m., police moved along a group of kids hanging out near the dugout on Humphrey Street.
- At 10:57 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Ocean Avenue.
- At 11:38 p.m., a resident near the intersection of Bassett and Nicholson streets called police to report that a "BMW (was) parked on the corner with people doing drugs." The vehicle was reportedly gone when police arrived.
Saturday, June 16:
- At 2:33 a.m., an Ocean Avenue woman called police to report that her son took her pocketbook and car without permission.
- At 7:44 a.m., a motorcyclist called police to report that a "Volvo tried to pass him on the double line and he felt the motorist was making a threatening gesture."
- At 11:09 a.m., a 16-year-old juvenile was arrested on a non-Marblehead warrant.
- At 1:49 p.m., a Hawkes Street man entered the police station to talk about a neighbor who he said "talks loudly at night."
- At 3:54 p.m., a local resident turned over a Samsung phone found near the intersection of Maple Street and Old Salem Road.
- At 4:23 p.m., a man called police to report that "all his things (were) removed from his house and placed in a storage container."
- At 5:09 p.m., police received word that a red pickup truck with three occupants had driven out onto Gerry Island. The Harbor Master was reportedly notified.
- 5:55 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Powder House Court.
- At 6:03 p.m., police received word that the men's room at Fort Sewall was overflowing.
- At 8:10 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Village Street.
- At 9:17 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Ocean Avenue.
- At 9:25 p.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident on Pleasant Street involving a 2011 Toyota 4Runner and a 2010 Toyota Corolla.
- At 11:42 p.m., police responded to a report of a loud stereo in the area of 225 Washington St.
- At 11:45 p.m., police responded to a report of loud music near the intersection of High and Pearl streets.
- At 11:49 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Pleasant Street.
- At 11:51 p.m., a Phillips Street resident called police to report fireworks "going off about every 15 minutes."
Sunday, June 17:
- At 8:07 a.m., a Beach Street resident called police to report that their 2011 Acura had been entered overnight and that their wallet and some change had been stolen.
- At 8:48 a.m., a Devereux Street resident called police to report that their 2011 Subaru Outback had been burglarized.
- At 9:09 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Phillips Street.
- At 9:10 a.m., police responded to a parking complaint on Washington Street.
- At 9:25 a.m., a Baldwin Road resident called police to report that their 2003 Honda Odyssey had been broken into overnight and their wallet had been stolen. The man told police he followed a trail of receipts from his wallet toward the Post Office.
- At 9:53 a.m., a local resident entered the police station to report losing his wallet somewhere on Pleasant Street.
- At 10:16 a.m., a Locust Street resident called police to report that their 2004 Toyota Sequoia had been broken into overnight and cash and a credit card had been stolen from their wallet.
- At 11:51 a.m., a Gilbert Heights Road resident called police to report their 2004 Honda Accord had been broken into a CDs, cash and change had been stolen. The woman also said it appeared her neighbor's cars were broken into also.
- At 4:29 p.m., a Gilbert Heights Road resident entered the police station to report that change had been stolen from her car and that she found a pair of sunglasses and a Sony MP3 player that didn't belong to her inside.
