Warwick Place Will Have Breakfast Spot
The floor plan for Warwick Place calls for a cafe selling breakfast and dessert.
In addition to a high-end restaurant, movie theater and retail establishment, Warwick Place is expected to be home to a cafe that will sell breakfast, dessert and sweets, the building's co-designer said Tuesday night.
The plan for the cafe was revealed during a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting at Abbot Hall Tuesday night, where board members approved changes to the building's facade and narrowly shot down a request to add a 40-seat outdoor dining area.
Presenting the plans Tuesday night was local attorney Paul Lynch and one of the building's co-designers.
The plans, which were updated once prospective tenants were identified, include a space for a small cafe in between the theater and restaurant that is expected to sell breakfast, sweets and desserts.
