1. You should be prepared for wet weather today. The National Weather Service is predicting that local residents can expect a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 10 a.m. Otherwise it will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. 3. The Marblehead Forever Committee will meet this afternoon in the Selectmen's office at Abbot Hall. The meeting, scheduled to begin at 4:45 p.m., is expected to feature a discussion about plans to celebrate the return of gold medal winner Kayla Harrison.
