5 Things to Do This Weekend

Here are our picks for five things to do in town this weekend.

Ring The Neck: The Lynch van Otterloo YMCA will host the 33rd Annual Ring Around the Neck Road Race Sunday morning. Hundreds of local runners are expected to take part in the race, which is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.

Live Music: The Kim Richey Band and Melissa Greener will be performing at Me and Thee Coffee House tonight. The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. and tickets are $20 in advance, $23 at the door.

Earth Day at the JCC: Town residents are invited to ring in Earth Day Sunday afternoon at the Jewish Community Center of the North Shore. The event, which is free and open to the public, will provide participants with the opportunity to beautify several locations across town. It is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.

Break Out the Board Games: The National Weather Service is predicting that local residents can expect scattered rain-showers throughout the weekend. So, when you find yourself stuck inside, we recommend dusting off an old board game and reconnecting with your family and friends.

Cheer: Marblehead High School's boys' varsity baseball team will host Everett Saturday morning at Seaside Park. The game is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., so consider stopping by to cheer them on.
