Warwick Place Will Have Theater, High-End Restaurant: The attorney representing the Warwick Realty Trust told Planning Board members that Marblehead's new 38,000-square-foot office and retail building on Pleasant Street has nailed down two tenants - a high-end restaurant and a theater.

Local Teen Arraigned for Assaulting Cops: A local teen with two pending court cases stemming from arrests in town earlier this year was arraigned Tuesday on charges he assaulted police officers who broke up an underage drinking party on Pleasant Street Friday evening.

When is Glover School Coming Down?: At a Board of Selectmen's meeting at Abbot Hall Wednesday night, Town Administrator Jeff Chelgren said blasting is scheduled begin at the site on July 24 and demolition will commence on Aug. 6.
