While these houses may be officially 50+ years old, most of them are, in fact, like new because of extensive updates. 15 Spray Ave. is totally new and only the view is 50+ years old.

I hope that when Patch publishes pictures, especially of local houses, it will use photographs of better quality that do justice to the properties.
