Violet Edwards-Muir, LPN was recently named the annual winner of the Above and Beyond Award at the Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility. The Above and Beyond program recognizes and rewards employees who excel in customer service and demonstrate this level of dedication in their daily actions.  Violet was chosen out of 12 monthly candidates for this award, and has been a nurse at the facility since 2008.  In addition to attending an awards luncheon at Cafe Escadrille in Burlington, Violet received a $500.00 cash prize and a plaque.
